Brand Ambassador/Promotional Ambassador
Multiple positions available in Greater Philadelphia, Northeast & Central Pennsylvania, Baltimore/Metro DC, & Southeast U.S.
Description:
Do you love coffee? Our beverage sampling truck is on the road, and we need your help! We are seeking motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals with strong people skills who are ready to be a part of something exciting and challenging from the ground up!
We are seeking crew members for immediate hire to positively represent our brand through product sampling at events. This entails producing and serving free samples of hot and iced coffee from our self-contained beverage sampling vehicle, distributing branded collateral, and conversing with guests about current promotions. Our goal is to deliver a flawlessly executed promotion, engaging with attendees, and providing interactive experiences – all while having fun in the process!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador, representing our brand in a positive, respectful, and upbeat manner at all times
Work as a team on-site at events with other brand ambassadors to produce and distribute the highest quality product samples to event attendees
Ensure that the sampling vehicle and supplies are always clean and presentable
Ensure that all processes for sampling (from start to finish) have been followed and that the requirements set forth by our health permits and vehicle maintenance standards have been upheld
Assist in maintaining records on events attended and prepare client recap reports as required
Assist sampling truck manager as requested
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing/promotions, events and/or the hospitality industry (preferred)
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Team members must be able to provide their own transportation to and from event locations. Includes events throughout Greater Philadelphia, Northeast & Central Pennsylvania, Baltimore/Metro DC area, & Southeast United States.
Applicants will need to speak English to engage with attendees at various local events.
A valid driver’s license will be required

Compensation: TBD
This position is part-time and provides approximately 40 hours of work per month.
